Leaders

Being a leader is on everyones resume. Whether its for a brief moment when you perform a task and an onlooker sees you or when you are leading a group of executives. This attribute I have studied for years under many different styles of leadership. You don’t always have to be an alpha leader and always be in charge. As an alpha you can have vulnerabilities by not being in charge just one time which could lead you to questioning yourself. (By the way don't discredit yourself if this is your style. It is necessary in some circumstances and can be very effective when you are cognizant of your behaviors.)
Spending the time to figure out what style you have will help you become a better leader. Another style of leadership is sigma. Sigma leaders can step up and step down at anytime. This seems to be an ever popular growing style of leadership that most employees and organizations desire.
