Service Description
Coaching & Consistency Coaching can be done at the T-ball level up to the executive level. Consistency takes discipline and will encourage results. Clydesdales A one ton clydesdale can pull approximately 8,000 lbs. He is guided by a 1/4” thick leather strap. Leaders have a similar impact & don’t always realize their tiniest effort can have an immediate result. These magnificent horses can be very therapeutic. Farm Around the pond or a bonfire we can discuss what your challenges are and where improvements may be made. Integrating the horses is always very helpful at stabilizing a stressful discussion and may help you find peace much faster than on your own. If you are facing difficulties or not sure what to do next in whatever situation you are in; we may be able to help.
